>>Copy's looking really crisp and clear, did someone else scan it?
Nope, Vexed Scans as per usual.
>>But, Amuro... How about going an extra mile while cleaning the chapters?
Because, for me, filling in all the blacks is too much work for something that (I think) is going to get replaced by tankouban scans later down the line anyway. When working with Hox, the general idea is that getting the translated product out is far more important than making it look perfect-- which I'm fine with.
If you feel like doing that for all 24 pages every month, feel free to join up as a cleaner. I ain't even mad, dawg.
I just think that by making a good looking first release, you put a series in the safe zone in case the translations don't get tankoubon'd. But that's just me.
I wasn't trying to make 24 pages a month sound like a lot of work. I was literally inviting you to come clean for us if you want to.
Because of Fran's printing schedule, I usually get the raws at an awkward time during my work week, and I typically do each chapter in one sitting after a 13-hour night shift.

Considering I would be the one scanning and typesetting the tankouban releases, that's not a huge issue.
Allegory?!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Now that's what I call a chapter. Copy's looking really crisp and clear, did someone else scan it?
ReplyDelete"Veronica, are you on drugs?" "In this house? Probably."
ReplyDeleteI kind of feel sorry for Veronica in this chapter, but other than that, it was great. Absurdly hilarious.
ReplyDeleteOoookay, i was expecting a totally different kind of development on the plot, not a superhero show...but it was kinda fun.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chapter.
ReplyDeleteBut, Amuro... How about going an extra mile while cleaning the chapters?

Am I sensing some sort of satire of Israel?
ReplyDeleteI like it.

... Considering I do 16 pages weekly...

(not saying the release doesn't look good, don't misunderstand)
ReplyDeleteUltra Cockroach Girl, GO!!

mediafire isn't popping up the download link on this file. Tried Firefox and IE. Is this release available elsewhere? IRC?
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it wasn't just you. It wouldn't load for me, either.
ReplyDeleteHox's mediafire seems to work fine, however:
